Dmitry joined the retailer’s team in May 2017. He is responsible for the search and implementation of digital innovations into interactions with customers. He is in charge of strategic development of the loyalty program Svyaznoy Club.
Prior to working for Svyaznoy, Dmitry held a leading position in the marketing department of Aeroflot, where he oversaw performance marketing, introduced analytical CRM with dynamic segmentation on the Big Data (Hadoop) platform, and led marketing research in Russia and abroad.
He graduated from Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University with a degree in Medical Cybernetics; he also got a management degree in the Higher School of Economics, State and Municipal Management.
